Passion PlayJews for Jesus asks, "Who is Guilty for the Death of Christ?"

Jews for Jesus

Does Mel Gibson's The Passion add more fuel to the collective guilt charges that have been laid at the feet of the Jewish people? In her article, "Guilty or Not Guilty? The Passion, Collective Guilt and Choice," Susan Perlman, of Jews for Jesus, says the answer depends on who you believe Jesus is.

This controversy is beginning to concern me...

The point is that Christ had to die for God's Plan to be complete, because "all are guilty", and it was pre-ordained that Christ would die and sacrifice himself for the Salvation of all men.

Christ is more alive today than ever before in our history, evidenced by the growth of our churches and by men such as Mel Gibson pouring their lives into projects like The Passion.

We are talking about The Son of God here... who freely gave His life for all men, and walked away from His grave. Stop crucifying Him anew...

I agree totally for what my Dad says. Until the point that Christ sacraficed himself for us, we were said, in the Bible, to be ENEMIES of God. In fact, it said we were his greatest enemies. Now, after years of just seeming more like a fairy tale, the story of Christ has come back into the light. This time, there isn't any sugarcoating or softening added to it, and for that I say PRAISE GOD!!!! The spark that we needed to bring us back closer to God has been struck, and many, young and old, have gained and regained interest in the Bible and what Jesus had done for us, and it's all thanks to this movie. So thank you Mr. Gibson for having the courage to make a movie such as this, and thank you God for giving him the strength and inspiration to spread your word.
